Travis Geiselbrecht 0a8a4354a9 [clang-format] first stab at a .clang-format file that matches the existing style
Not enabled by default, but if you want to use this one for now while
things are stabilized feel free. Going to move off astyle since this
seems to be superior now (wasn't always).

Also switched scripts/codestyle to use clang-format

The Little Kernel Embedded Operating System

The LK kernel is an SMP-aware kernel designed for small systems ported to a variety of platforms and cpu architectures.

It is used in a variety of open source and closed source projects, notably the bootloader for a lot of Android phones of various make.

See https://github.com/littlekernel/lk for the latest version.

For comprehensive documentation, see Index.
