Most of the functions for this was declared in a top level lk/ include
space, so go ahead and move it there.
A few exceptions:
- Moved spin() over to platform/time.h and platform/time.c since the
function more logically belongs to platform/time.h. Any users of
spin() will need to update their headers to include platform/time.h
instead.
- Renamed spin_cycles() to arm_cm_spin_cycles() and moved over into
arm/cm.h since it is currently defined in arch/arm-m and only used for
targets that implicitly are for arm-m.
Add kernel/vm code to handle memory management in large page-aligned
regions of virtual space. This is composed via a pmm (physical
memory manager) and vmm (virtual memory manager) and the architecturally
specific code to manage the mmu.
Add ARMv7 paging code.
The kernel shouldn't really own most of the bringup of all
the modules. Generally speaking the kernel can and should be treated
like any other module in the system.
-Each module's rules.mk defines a seperate linkage unit. Each
module can have a private set of CFLAGS, DEFINES, INCLUDES, and so
forth.
-Files to be compiled are now added by source, not object.
Most rules.mk files can be converted easily by following these steps:
1) add 'MODULE := $(LOCAL_DIR)' near the top of the file
2) change OBJS += to MODULE_SRCS += and list source files instead of .os
3) add 'include make/module.mk' at the bottom of the file
